This single-breasted light blue melange jacket comes in cashmere jersey. Attention to detail has always been key to Kiton: at our woollen mill in Biella, we are constantly experimenting, which has allowed us to create innovative fibres and textures with a specific focus on sustainability and protecting the environment. The yarn’s subtle elegance is enhanced by the properties of the jersey. Woven on circular knitting machine with a single row of needles, the jersey boasts extraordinary stable responsiveness in terms of stretch and can return to its natural shape after physical extension. This new yarn was created to respond to a precise design requirement founded on the concept of ‘laid-back elegance’: the jacket is flawless in terms of construction, yet even more laid-back and casual, wrapping the body and allowing it full freedom of movement. Every Kiton jacket is a design tour-de-force, on a journey of sartorial exploration and evolution which is redefining menswear with a focus on understated lines. Each jacket is entirely hand-cut and sewn by around 25 master craftsmen in Naples who devise and perform a 1800-step architectural process.
