Do I have to register to purchase on kiton.com?
No, to make purchases on kiton.com you do not need to register on our site. We do, however, recommend creating a personal account to access exclusive services and simplify your shopping experience, including the return process.
What benefits will I get by registering?
Register on kiton.com and visit “Your Page” where you can create a personal wardrobe with your favorite Kiton pieces and view a summary of all your orders.
I can’t access my page
If you can’t access “Your Page,” please ensure that the information entered matches your registration details. If your account is locked, please contact Customer Service and request immediate activation.
I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by clicking the “Recover your password” button on the login screen and entering your email address. You will receive a link that allows you to create a new password and regain access to your personal account.
How do I sign up for the Newsletter?
Sign up for the Kiton newsletter by filling out the form at the bottom of the homepage. Alternatively, you can sign up directly when registering on “Your Page".
How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the most recent email you received. Alternatively, log in to your personal account and update your preferences in the “Information” section of “Your Page".
What taxes apply to my order?
Taxes are applied to your order based on the regulations of the country to which it will be shipped. You can check the taxes applied to your order during checkout, in the dedicated section, or in the order confirmation email.
Can I get an invoice for my order?

Where are Kiton products made?
All Kiton garments, accessories, and gift items are made exclusively in Italy to guarantee the highest possible quality through meticulous supervision of every step in the production process.
How can I verify the authenticity of my purchase?
The authenticity of all items, accessories, and products purchased in our boutiques or in our online store is guaranteed. If you have purchased a Kiton product elsewhere and would like to verify its authenticity, please contact us. We will be happy to help you.
