Returns and exchanges
Thank you for ordering from our boutique
We will replace or refund any item purchased in the kiton.com boutique that does not meet your expectations. To do so, submit your request within 30 days from the delivery date of the product. This date is determined by the courier tracking system.
Finally, remember that you will have to ship the products back from the same country where they were first delivered.

RETURN OF PERFUMES
Unfortunately, perfumes are classified as hazardous material and cannot be sent back for return. Please contact our Customer Service Department; we will try to do what we can to help you.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Follow these steps to make a return or exchange:
1. Visit the online boutique at kiton.com
If you are registered you can find the "Returns and Exchanges" page here: https://shopify.com/47639560358/account. Enter your e-mail address to access your member area, select the order for which you would like to make a return or exchange, and indicate the reason. If you are not registered, however, you will need to submit a request to us through our contact form.
2. Enter the pickup details for your return/exchange.
As soon as you have submitted your return request, we will email you a slip that you will need to apply to the box to hand over to the courier. Il ritiro avverrà il prima possibile. Alternatively, you can drop off your return at one of the courier's pickup locations.
3. Prepare the package for your return
Place the products you want to return or replace in the same box they were shipped in. Make sure you have removed all labels from the previous shipment. If the outer box is too damaged, replace it with a similar box that provides adequate protection. Finally, carefully close the package and paste the shipping label for the courier. Any packaging and accessories must be returned in the original package. Please note: It is essential that the products have not been used or altered, and that the tags have not been removed. Failure to meet any of these requirements would not allow us to accept your return request.
4. Deliver the package to the courier or take it to a delivery point
You will be able to deliver your item on the day and time you have agreed with the courier. Alternatively, you may bring your purchase to the delivery point indicated by the courier. Please note that each return request refers only to products from the same order. So if you want to return products from two different orders, you will have to make two separate return requests. Also remember that you will have 15 days from authorization of the return to deliver the products. After receiving them, all products will be reviewed by quality control; once this step is completed, we will notify you of the return acceptance. If, however, your return or replacement request is rejected, any additional shipping costs will not be refunded.
