We are pleased to announce that on April 30th, we celebrated the official naming of Viale Ciro Paone, the street that hosts our company headquarters in Arzano. A recognition of profound symbolic value, dedicated to the founder of our Maison and to his entrepreneurial vision, which played a decisive role in the development of Italian manufacturing excellence.
What is now Viale Ciro Paone — for many years known as Viale delle Industrie — stands as one of the main arteries of Arzano’s industrial district. It was here that, in 1991, Ciro Paone moved Kiton’s headquarters, setting in motion a path of growth that has deeply shaped the region’s industrial fabric. Over time, the site expanded with new production spaces and successive generations of artisans, strengthening an industrial model built on quality and the continuity of craftsmanship know-how.
The initiative to name the street originated with Kiton’s employees, who wished to pay tribute to the founder through a collective gesture of esteem and gratitude. An initiative that reflects the deep bond between the company, its people, and the territory, built over time through daily work and shared values.
Kiton extends its sincere thanks to the Prefecture of Naples, the ASI Consortium, and the Municipality of Arzano for their support and for embracing this initiative, recognizing its institutional and symbolic significance.
The naming of Viale Ciro Paone thus stands not only as a tribute to a central figure in the company’s history, but also as a recognition of an industrial culture founded on dedication, work, and mutual respect.
